What I changed and Why…

Map Changes

Information Reimagined

Replaced the Information Deck with Cards

Converted dense, text-heavy content into individual cards, making information easier to scan and compare.

Established a Clear Information Hierarchy

Prioritized key details such as price and benefits, helping users evaluate sections faster.

Standardized Information Structure

Presented benefits in a consistent order across all ticket categories, enabling easier side-by-side comparison.

Added Visual Cues

Used icons to represent key perks, reducing reliance on text and improving information discoverability.

Contextual Quantity Controls

Placed ticket selection controls directly within the card, reducing interaction steps during booking.

Maintained Visual Connection

Matched card colors with their corresponding seating sections, helping users instantly associate information with locations on the map.

Redesigned the Event Header

Evaluating Exisiting Experience

To establish a baseline, I evaluated the existing design through two lenses: what works well for users and where the experience creates friction. These insights informed the redesign priorities.
